How does it Work?
BOOZOOM is an importer, distributor, and retailer, meaning we’ve got the whole process covered. This allows us to offer an unbeatable range, from French Champagne to Scotch Whiskies, to local Beers, Wines, and Spirits.
When you order from BOOZOOM, your drinks arrive prepared to perfection, whether you want them pre-mixed, neat, or ice cold.
Our comprehensive network allows us to offer lightning-fast delivery times and
highly competitive prices.
We offer account types to suit all customers, including:
- Individual
- Bulk Order
- Corporate
- Retailer; and
- Venue
Are there any minimums?
here is no minimum order value (true)!
- There is no minimum order quantity (also true)!
- Stock is subject to availability (if we don’t have it, we don’t have it)!
- A delivery address must be entered to complete the transaction (we need to know where to go)!
- All alcohol and nicotine product transactions must occur with a person over 18 years of age (it’s the law)!
- Delivery times and delivery fees vary with location (as we know our customers are located far and wide)!
- The supply of liquor is limited to a maximum per person per transaction per day of up to:
- 24 x 375ml containers of beer/cider or pre-mixed spirits and/or
- 12 x 700ml bottles of wine and/or
- 1 x 750ml bottle of spirit.
How do I pay?
Payment must be made prior to order dispatch. Payment methods are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. After an order is placed, payment will be debited and cleared from the account nominated by the Customer upon dispatch from the BOOZOOM facility.
The account details provided must be either yours or you have been given authorisation by the payment provider. At any time, if the card issuer of your payment refuses to authorise and complete the transaction to BOOZOOM, BOOZOOM will not complete the order.

Orders can be placed at any time, but will only be delivered in the BOOZOOM trading hours as specified.
Delivery times vary depending on location.
Delivery delays may be caused by factors such as traffic conditions, weather and delivery vehicle mechanical difficulties.
BOOZOOM takes no responsibility where incorrect delivery instructions have been provided or where the automatic navigation software is unable to locate the delivery address.
A re-delivery fee will be charged if there was no one at the delivery location to accept the order at the time of delivery.
Can I make a return?
Not 100% keen or happy about your purchase decision?
You can contact BOOZOOM within 7 days from delivery and receive a 90% refund.
You must return the goods to BOOZOOM in their original condition and packaging
(24 pack, 6 pack or 4 Pack etc). A refund will NOT be paid if the Goods are
damaged, incomplete or not in their original packaged condition. Damaged goods will
be destroyed by BOOZOOM. A refund is subject to processing times and conditions.
Shipping/postage of returns is at your expense. BOOZOOM does not accept in -
person returns.
What are BOOZOOM trading hours?
Orders can be placed in advance at any-time.
All orders must be placed by 10:30 p.m. AEST / AEDT
For orders on-demand, the trading hours are as follows:
- Monday to Friday 10 am - 11 pm
- Weekends 10 am - 11 pm
- ANZAC DAY 12 midday -11 pm
- Christmas Day - No Sale
- Good Friday - No Sale
