Orders can be placed in advanced at any-time. All orders must be placed by 10:30 p.m. AEST / AEDT For orders on-demand, the trading hours are as follows:

Weekends	10 a.m. - 11 p.m.

To use this platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions of use when purchasing items offered.

General Terms & Conditions of BOOZOOM

There is no minimum order value.
There is no minimum order quantity.
Stock is subject to availability.
A delivery address must be entered to complete the transaction.
All alcohol and nicotine product transactions must occur with a person over 18 years of age.
Delivery times and delivery fees vary with location.

Trade Accounts with licensed organisations

If you are a licensed organisation and wish to purchase bulk quantities, please contact BOOZOOM to arrange special delivery arrangements.

Eligibility to Purchase

In order to make a purchase through BOOZOOM, you will be required to provide your personal details. Personal information, including real name, date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address. A physical address must be provided for delivery. You will be required to provide payment details.

Due to legal requirements, it is a condition of purchase that you verify you are 18 years of age or over. Your order will not be processed if you fail to confirm that you are 18 years or over.

Payment

Payment must be made prior to order dispatch. Payment methods are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. After an order is placed, payment will be debited and cleared from the account nominated by the Customer upon dispatch from the BOOZOOM facility. The account details provided must be either yours or you have been given authorisation by the payment provider. At any time, if the card issuer of your payment refuses to authorise and complete the transaction to BOOZOOM, BOOZOOM will not complete the order.

Delivery

Orders can be placed at any time but will only be delivered in the BOOZOOM trading hours as specified above.

Delivery times vary depending on location. Delivery delays may be caused by factors such as traffic conditions, weather and delivery vehicle mechanical difficulties.

BOOZOOM takes no responsibility where incorrect delivery instructions have been provided or where the automatic navigation software is unable to locate the delivery address.

A re-delivery fee will be charged where there was no one at the delivery location to accept the order at the time of delivery.

Receipt of Orders

Upon delivery of orders, current valid photographic identification is required to be sighted. The identification is required to match the details of the person who placed the order.

Product item selection

If your order has not been supplied correctly and products are missing or incorrect products have been supplied to you, you are required to notify BOOZOOM with 1 hour of receipt of Order. Otherwise, you accept the receipt of the Order. If BOOZOOM is out of stock of a product item, BOOZOOM will supply you with a similar product or provide you with a refund for that product, at the discretion of BOOZOOM.

Cancellation of Orders

BOOZOOM reserves the right to cancel your order. This may be due to the wrong delivery address being provided, you cannot present a current and valid photoidentification or you are intoxicated. If BOOZOOM cancels your order, 10% of your order payment amount is retained for delivery and re-stocking. The balance of funds will be refunded to you as soon as possible. Note that refunds can take up to 3 days to appear in your account.

Returns of Goods

Not 100% keen or happy about your purchase decision?

You can contact BOOZOOM within 7 days from delivery and receive a 90% refund.

You must return the goods to BOOZOOM in their original condition and packaging (24 pack, 6 pack or 4 Pack etc). A refund will NOT be paid if the Goods are damaged, incomplete or not in their original packaged condition.

Damaged goods will be destroyed by BOOZOOM. A refund is subject to processing times and conditions. Shipping/postage of returns is at your expense. BOOZOOM does not accept in - person returns.

Damaged Goods

BOOZOOM does not accept responsibility for orders in transit. When the order has departed the BOOZOOM facility, responsibility lies with the customer. BOOZOOM does not accept liability for cartage of goods. Any damage or loss in transit shall be accepted by the customer.

Legal Obligations

Responsible Service of Alcohol Commitment:

Liquor must be purchased and delivered to a person aged 18 years old or over.
All orders must be personally accepted and cannot be left/deposited unattended.
Orders for the supply of Liquor are placed using the website www.BOOZOOM.com.au

Limitations

The supply of liquor is limited to a maximum per person per transaction per day of up to:

24 x 375ml containers of beer/cider or pre mixed spirits and/or
12 x 700ml bottles of wine and/or
1 x 750ml bottle of spirit.

WARNING

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act, 1998 it is an offence;

To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. (Penalty exceeds $17,000)
For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. (Penalty exceeds $700)

Your contract of sale is with BOOZOOM Pty Ltd, Liquor License number 36166888 as the liquor is sold from the Website of BOOZOOM.

BOOZOOM is responsible for the service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to a person who is seen to be intoxicated or to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years old. BOOZOOM shall cancel your order 4 if you do not comply with the strict requirements of the Liquor Control Reform Act,1998.
